Amore's Pasta and Pizza: A Culinary Gem in Grapevine, TX

I ordered carry out but the inside was beautiful. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and cheese sticks. I did think at first the price was a bit much but you get a lot of food and they were fairly generous with the shrimp. I do wish the sauce had more flavor. The cheese sticks were great and I had 8 I believe. Very flavorful. I was a bit behind do it wasn’t as stringy but still good. I wish there was a lunch portion maybe I over looked it but it was a lot of food

Excellent food and service! The restraunt was super quiet but all the food was delicious. Even the salad that came with the meal was high quality. Came with a big group and everyone enjoyed their meal!

Food was amazing, and the customer service was excellent. Went above and beyond by going and getting some pineapples. The atmosphere was very cozy from where we had been sitting.

Amore is a long time family fave but we have to give the best shout out to Lisa and team for hosting a birthday party and dinner for 18 people. So glad we chose Amore!

(If I could give 6 I would!) We wanted to host a networking wine event in the area, found Amores online, they're BYOB so scoped in person. Don't let the non descript strip center fool you, it's chock full of quaint charm, atmosphere, and appropriate music. Brandon, owner, greeted me, I told him what we were looking for and he said "DONE! Whatever you need!" We did a pre meet to sample the menu and Lisa, our wait person/hostess was fabulous explaining the 40+ yr history, the menu thoroughly, the original recipes, longtime chef, and "what do you need for the event? DONE!" The chicken Alfredo pizza blew us away, calamari and antipasta salad were fresh and perfect But what starts all this epicurean love are the fresh rolls with homemade (5 hrs!) Marinara sauce The event execution was beyond our expectations (see pics) Attendees were so thrilled they ordered more food to go Grapevine, you have a GEM in Amore's!! DFW: absolutely worth the drive from wherever you are.

This was our first time here and our experience was 12/10. The atmosphere was quiet, our server Lisa was so sweet, and the food was absolutely delicious. We were informed of everything being made fresh and the history of the restaurant. Will be a regular here after this!

We cam in and were immediately made to feel right at home. Service was fast and polite. Great for a quick bite at a great price for the quality of the food. L the food came quick and was fresh out of the oven. Onto the pizza: the crust was thin and incredibly crispy. The cheese was high quality and baked to perfection. Probably the best pizza I've had in months! The garlick bread we had as an appetizer was light and fluffy. Perfect for an appetizer while still being packed with all the flavors you want. The sauce was also hearbacious and hearty, pairing perfectly with the bread. Overall an experience that I hope to repeat soon.

This is a fairly small restaurant in this strip center. I got the Shrimp Alfredo, and although the sauce was a little runny for my liking, it was really good. Made it good for dipping the bread in and was sufficient for coating the noodles, however. I think it would have gotten thicker if I had let it cool off a bit as the food came out hot, as we wish all food was when it came out of the kitchen. Others in my group got the eggplant and pizza. Everyone said it was really good and said they were putting this place on their list of favorites, and I have to agree. The food here has more of a homemade flavor than the bigger Italian food restaurants. Give it a try. You might just get another favorites added to your list.
